Research Assistant - salary grade E13 TV-L Berliner Hochschulen

Working field:

Research on communication networks within the project 6G-RIC (6G networks, edge computing, localization, machine learning for networks). The possibility of a doctorate is given.

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed university degree (Master; Diplom or equivalent) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or in a related area and have demonstrated prior achievements (e.g., top grades)
  • deep understanding of wireless networking principles
  • excellent programming experience (Python, C++, Matlab)
  • very strong Linux expertise
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • strong mathematical background
  • Enthusiasm for leading-edge research, a mix of creativity and persistence, and team spirit are essential.
